1. The controller is equipped with the functions of three times welding current, slow rise current,and slow down current, and forging, ect.
2. Adopt multiple special high performance single chip to do combined control which could effectively solve the real-time problem when triggering pulse. Make the conduction angle location quite precise.
3.Synchronizing single will go through the hardware filtering and software filtering to make the precision of controller reaches the best effect.Use SPI communication between the main control circuit and trigger single chip circuit to make it stable and reliable so as to prevent malfunction.
4.Adopt closed-loop control. The main control circuit will measure the input voltage and welding current via single chip to compare with the preset data and change the control signal immediately so as to compensate the welding current according to the fluctuation of power grid.
5. Equipped with self-diagnosis and protection function. Before welding, It will measure the data of input voltage, frequency, air pressure, cooling water pressure,ect. When welding, it will measure if SCR stays at the normal conducting state to ensure the welding machine will run under normal condition. Equipped with autocorrection of power factor and function of overheat protection to transformer.
